Kingdom's Quite So Broken Towers

Description
Features:

This mod allows the defenders to feel a lot better having towers nearby:

- Slightly increased range (200 and 400 instead of 150 and 350 for towers and towers on the wall).
- Slightly increased arc of fire (120 instead of 90).
- More arrows (2 instead of 1 except for the deployable tower).
- A longer time to capture (double of the original).
- Greatly increased rate of fire (triple for everything except for the city level max where it is only double).

It is a relief to not loose it instantly the towers to the enemy. Also, towers on the walls can now fire on the rampart, so you better capture them or destroy them as soon as possible if you attack.

Be advised, it makes defending a lot easier than without it. Still, I did not change the damage values. Nonetheless, now towers go brrr.


Compatibility :

Probably a lot of things as long as it is the last mod activated. Radious, and other stuffs.

at first i was like this is nutzo. but then i tried to attack cao cao in a camp formation, and got my ass handed to me, and though this seems like defenders advantage, as it should be.

the rate of fire seems a bit too much thoug, is it something i can change with a text editor in the pack file?

Works on v.1.7.0. With arrow towers buffed, now it finally makes sense to besieges, no climbing on the wall cause no one will make it to the foot of the walls without decent cover like siege towers, city layout matters now, the over-lapping arrow towers' going to rain like hell if you don't choose to attack weak points.

I really like that towers can now fire onto ramparts with this mod, but I feel like the damage increase is too much for me. Is there a mod for only changing the range of towers, not the rate of fire and amount of arrows? tia
