描述


These xenophobic, leisurely Slugs have developed a standing position, their intellectual ability, and a basic sens of sociability. Their home world and all sectors under their control are engulfed in enormous nebulae. They developed on an ocean planet which lead to them evolving unique telepathic abilities in order to overcome the general lack of visibility. This leaves them at a distinct disadvantage outside nebulae however, so that even within their sectors they are almost never seen outside the concealing clouds.

But against all odds, through thick and thin, they ended up on this very planet.
Will you lead them to salvation or condemn them to extinction?


  • 1 psychic race
    • Strong-willed, socially awkward, xenophobic
    • Capable of weakening their enemies
  • Special
    • Psychic ability : Cast a debilitating area of effect power that will decrease the combat and defensive skills of the enemy humanlikes in the zone.
    • Drooling - they will generate some slug dew ressource now and then.
    • Drooling again - They will spill some rainbow puddles all day and night.
    • 50% psychic sensivity / 110% toxic sensivity.
    • 90% Social.
    • Immunity to slug powers and mind control.
  • Race traits
    • Xenophobic - 80%
    • Bisexual - 60 %


  • Mind control - Slugs are immune to mind control and will not suffer from bad thoughts when using a mind control bench.
  • Blood and stains - Slugs will bleed and have stained trails when they crawl in filth/blood/...

Known bugs
  • For some reason, some slugs will spawn without their distinctive behaviors (puddle trails and natural exsudation). If you see one in the character creation screen, skip it.
  • The space refugee incident will not trigger some behaviors linked to backstories.

Hi, since this mod hasn't been updated to 1.4 in quite some time, would you be okay with me taking the slug race concept and developing my own modern version of the mod for Rimworld? I would be happy to give you credit for it, I just wanna do it in my own style / with my own ideas.

Any news on updating this? All of the unique Slug Features (e.g. Slug Dew) don't work in V1.3 .
