The DPS Noob

Ever thought "man, these challenges are too EASY. I want unnecessary, near-impossible run setups!" Careful what you wish for. This challenge, titled "The DPS Noob" throws you into the basement with your active item being Isaac's Tears. You have no starting Trinket, Pill/Card/Rune, etc. The goal is to defeat Mom. Simple, right? Well, it isn't possible in this challenge (at least as far as I know considering how the leaderboards are) without managing to find Libra. Why, you ask? It's because you have a bunch of tears up items, damage downs, and, worst of all, Soy Milk (cue Dr. Fetus's signature "dun dun dunnnnnnnnnn") That's right, you start off with Soy Milk. To balance stuff out, you also start with The Soul, a bunch of Health Ups, X-Ray vision, Black Candle, Continuum, and a fully visible map, as well as Goat Head, Eucharist (so with the exception of Basement/Cellar/Burning Basement 1/XL, you always get an Angel Room on every floor) and Immaculate Conception, as well as Cambion Conception.

So to recap what this challenge is (other than the items)

Character: Isaac

Goal: Kill Mom

Other Goal: Get Libra

Difficulty: Worse than Ultra Hard (unless you find Libra, in which case it's a moderate difficulty)

How to find the challenge (because I got a comment on my last one about this): Go to the challenges menu and press Tab. Not to be confused with entering the Daily Challenge menu.
