i ll send you a screenshot..
had much to do the last weeks so sorry for the late response.
Actually you are the first one mentioning this problem. Giving me a link to an uploaded Screenshot of your actual gameplay footage would help me, to tell if this is intended or not.
The map itself is intended to be very dark, only giving real vision when lightning appears.

Had a good time pushing and pulling across the mortar bunkers(4 mg42s inside) :]
Will be watching!
Thanks for the feedback covering the ambient, i was actually wondering why no one has tried this before. I was a bit sick of daylight maps :)
Referring to the ressource pints, this is a tricky and sneaky little bastard. While i totally agree with the comp stomp against 4 normal AI opponents, try to play against at least 2 expert comps and 2 hard comps, while setting up normal AI allies for your team.
I'm still working on this issue, trying to develop a scheme that works for all AI difficulties.
There is for sure a bunch of work to do. To be honest, I started mapping from the center of the battlefield towards the outer map regions - while already mapped bases would be fine, it would result in a lack of actual battlefield ambient.
Therefore the bases will still seem a bit empty and big, until i actually start "working" on them. More updates will follow, this map isn't done at all.

This map is fun. As in, a horde of conscripts charging a couple of mg42s fun(and being on the side of the mgs as the AI continues to throw conscripts at your men).
It's dark and foggy. I can't see much except during thunderstrikes, something I've never seen a map do so well.
One gripe I have is the resource points and stuff.
By the time I got to the 7 minute mark, I had enough resources to call in a couple of elephants. That's a bit much ain't it. I'd suggest having less fuel and munitions points(can't remember if they still have the low/med/high ones<don't play alot of coh2 compared to coh1>), increase reliance on the built depots?
The bases seem rather big, a bit too big. But then again, better than having no space.
For this one, given that it's a WIP, I'd give it a 5/5(of course if it's a REL, I'd give it 3/5 for skimping on the bases)
I hope you don't
