Base Plan Enhanced

This is an updated and improved version of the Base Plan mod ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=773993727 ).

List of changes:
- Mod crashing has been fixed, it should now be fully compatible with the most up to date version of the game.
- Extra recipes were moved from the Survival tab into more appropriate tabs, including two new ones. This should make navigating easier.
- Added a new option you can enable in mod settings that allows you to move the camera a bit when planning is active and the game is paused. It won't let you move far away from the character to prevent people abusing this and cheating. You can move the camera with WASD and return focus to the character by pressing Space.
- Changed mod priority from 2 to -1 which makes it load after most mods that add structures and should make them available for base planning.

Known Issues:
- Switching to planning mode and back sometimes gets broken when you minimize the game using Alt+Tab. This is due to a bug in the base game, it thinks you're still holding the Alt key down when you return to the game. Simply press the Alt key again to fix this.
- Some items were reported missing from tabs in planning mode. I am planning to look into it some time in the future.
- When you switch between items inside the Tab view in planning mode it makes the camera move too. This will be fixed soon.
- Strange visual glitch with the appearance of some of the items in the Misc tab. Their sprites get swapped with other ones as you scroll. No idea why that happens, could be a bug in the base game.
