Report a translation problem
I've read somewhere that the workshop is not functioning correctly atm with the newest build (.83?), maybe thats why it must be in override.
I often play weapon masters and never had problems in the official campaigns and a lot of custom singleplayer modules. Sure you need to invest a lot of feats to finally get there and if you play a module where you know there are many foes with immunity to critical hits it might not be the best choice.
The game's rules are determined by the server, not by the player. Effectively, when you play single player, you are running your own single-player server (even offline) so YOU determine the rules. When you play multiplayer - everyone has to play on fair ground. You don't get to be a ranged weapons master just because you downloaded a mod, and destroy people with (potentially unfair, or unequal) god-mode mods. ;-P
