Hotel Panorama Resort, Slovakia

Today, I present you this beautiful example of brutalist architecture. Its iconic real-life counterpart is located in Štrbské Pleso, Slovakia. The town is an important ski, tourist and health resort in the High Tatra mountains and was substantially modernised in 1970, when it hosted the Nordic Ski World Championship. Hotel Panorama was part of this construction effort and is in use until today, although its appearance has changed quite a bit.

This building is famously depicted on the album cover of "Этажи" by Belorussian group Molchat Doma/Молчат Дома.
