Just a little mod that increases the cost of all real estate throughout the land.

Too often I'm tempted to get a little cash flow headstart in the early game by buying a little shack for c. 4,000, plopping in a container, and running a little passive mining operation. And moreover, you know that you do that, too, otherwise you wouldn't even be here. Well, let's stop it now, together.

The prices are adjusted according to the faction. UC is the most expensive (a small hut will set you back c. 24,000), with the Holy Nation being a bit more reasonable--albeit just for humans, and the Sheks being fairly cheap due to wanting to rebuild their ruined kingdom. Other factions have also shifted up with lore in mind.

In general, I just thought that real estate should be more pricey, that owning a building in town should require a larger investment. This mod is also designed to be run with my other mod: Ore Prices, which drastically reduces the buying and selling prices of copper, iron, and stone, for an extra challenge.
