TFA-VOX - Skeleton

Description
Default skeleton playermodel now makes Bones' sounds from Quake III.
Also works with the Half-Life: Source skeleton playermodel included in https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=1399300695.
