Description
-Adds Headless horseman as a follower
-Adds Headless horseman's steed
The headless horseman is outside the companions hall and the horse is near the stables outside whiterun

The hall of companions is in whiterun, large building but not the largest

Use the voice of the talking Toaster from Fallout: New vegas. The one from Old World Blues, his lines would fit perfectly.

I think the headless horseman is scared of me... I still can't find him outside the companions hall...
