And updated "Asphalt" map name to "Asphalt (Heavy)"
1. In standard gametypes the weapons spawn on the ground and thus the respawn timer starts ticking right after you pick up the weapon. The weapon will respawn when its respawn timer has depleted and the picked up weapon has despawned from the map.
For weapons although the respawn timer starts ticking down right after you pick up the weapon from its spawn point, it won't respawn back until the weapon has despawned from the map.
I will use Battle Canyon as an example but this is not unique to this map.
Rocket Launcher and Energy Sword will respawn even if the weapon has ammo and is equipped (not despawned). It will spawn after 3:00 minutes regardless.
Is there a way to expand on this guide? I suggest adding a True/False Despawn sensitive value to each weapon. I play a lot of 2v2 and during a match this can be critical information.
I suggest you take a look at Arcanosaur's youtube playlist of all Power Weapon spawns on the most common maps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1j2RC7Dkok&list=PL_KYaCq_LFAA37nQ8VjtVRN0I3jvwQEly
Do you think it would be possible to eventually do a location map for each of the weapons as well? They're nearly impossible to find online.
especially for the average hard core gamer man
thanks for putting ur time and effort for this guide
