Automatic Gearbox Switcher

Description
Allows you to switch between the two settings on a gearbox by using a numbers input with a range from -1 to 1. For example you could use W and S on the helm and automatically switch between forward and reverse with W and S.

well nice microcontroler but im searching for a gearbox that switches between 6 gears and ignores reverse

I have not played this game in a while but I believe you have a number input and a on/off output. You connect the number input to your throttle or whatever you use to accelerate and you connect the on/off to the gearbox.

How do I use this? It seems ideal for what I want but I've never used one before so the setup is beyond me
