Local Factory and Power Plant

Let's play tall city!

Add building Local Factory mutually exclusive to the vanilla Factory. Local Factory doesn't have range effect but gives high production and low maintenance. Do the same for Power Plants.

Local Factory: +6 Production, 1 gold maintenance fee, no range effect.
Local Power Plant: +10 Production, 2 gold maintenance fee, no range effect.
The dependencies on ADVANCED BALLISTICS and RUHR VALLEY, policy card Third Alternative, the effect of Great Engineer James Watt, and so on are revised accordingly.

Japan is not revised.

Compatible to vanilla. Rise and Fall, Gathering Storm are untested.


AffectsSavedGames is set to 1. The game will not load this mod if you are loading a savegame.

However, if you want to use this mod mid-game, you can change <AffectsSavedGames> field to 0 in the modinfo file. Note, you CANNOT change AffectsSavedGames back to 1 if you are still playing the savegame which you have played with this mod with AffectsSavedGames=0.

The version of the mod matches the base game. If the version of the mod is 341XX, it's compatible with base game 1.0.0.341. XX is the real revision of the mod.

Due to restrictions from Firaxis, mod version cannot use dots (.), which people are more used to.
