Description
Grants wares to important stations that are low and removes wares from tradestations.

DeadAir Fill

Removes/Adds cargo from tradestations/shipyards/wharfs/equipment docks at set intervals
- Keeps wares between 5% and 95% at tradestations(TS)
- Keeps wares between 5% and 100% at Shipyard/Wharf/Equipdock
- Rewards random L/XL ship with a shipmod if faction reaches 95% ware at TS

Is this standalone or do we need the full deadair gate overhaul as well?
