Emergency Vehicle Flashing Lights Controller

Simple controller for STC Style Emergency Lights. Two sets of outputs provided - one for "Blue Lights" and one for "Auxillary".

Blue lights double flash and alternate between "A" and "B" outputs, generic Emergency Vehicle Lights
Auxillary lights alternate between "A" and "B" outputs, provided for role-specific coloured lights.

Rates are changed in the microcontroller programming.
