Description
A map made for the Defenestration gamemode (by 3kliksphilip).
The map is built around a deep pit where the CTs spawn, which also is the hostage rescue zone. The hostages are kept inside two prison cells, close to the central pit. In order to prevent the CTs from taking the hostages back directly to the pit, a gate is closed and they have to go up to the upper floor, where they'll meet the Ts. The CTs have three options to rescue the hostages:
-They can jump directly.
-They can try flanking the Ts.
-They can descend safely through a ramp, which is easily wallbangable.

The Ts, which were having a nice meal before they got disturbed by the CTs, have various options to take them down:
-They can rush the main corridor.
-They can push through the crypt to prevent the CTs from taking the hostages so easily
-They can use a gate that opens once the hostages are taken.
-They can camp from a balcony at the other side of the pit.

The map is set in a huge castle. This is also the origin of the name, which refer's to Lord Farquaad's castle from Shrek.

I've worked a lot on the navmesh, and bots navigate the map fairly well.

Music I listened to while making the map: The Beatles, The Ink Spots, Real Estate and Frank Sinatra.
