It looks like it's floating off the station. (It's not connected by pillars.connected by invisible corners.)
You can put your ship in the same place.

-There is a Framework Blocks in the hull.
Do you know "Only show Specific Blocks..." and "Transform Blocks" in build mode?
When you use "Only show Specific Blocks..." to specify Framework blocks, you can see the inside of the ship
You can use "Transform Bloscks" to turn the Frameworks into another block.
You can transform to the required generator and shield and other blocks.
