Charge Guns MKV

Adds two guns, the Charge Rifle MKV and the Charge Pistol MKV.

The Charge Rifle MKV shoots just a little farther and a little stronger than the vanilla charge rifle, and it fires five bulltes instead of three.

The Charge Pistol MKV shoots lighter weight charge blasts at a much shorter range, but it bursts 5 and charges really fast.

Ok something weird is happening with this.
I have a pawn equip an mkv sniper rifle. It then tries to drop it, but simple side arms or something tells the pawn to re-equip the weapon, but then the pawn tries to drop it again and it just ends up in an infinite loop of dropping and re-equiping the rifle

Any thoughts on why the pawn would try to drop the rifle even though this is the best weapon available?
