Buyout Debt

Description
Makes the shareholders of a company during a buyout take on the debt of the bought out company. 10% of the debt for each share held in the company at the time of the buyout.

Very necessary concept, although AI does not take it into account and sometimes buys bankrupt companies in chain until all AIs are subsidiaries, making the game pointless.

This mod makes the buyout mechanism more interesting, makes you think a bit harder about what companies to buy and removes some of the edge players get from buying out others.
