Doom - Hipster Demon Realm

Adds the Hipster Archvile's Hipster Demon Realm as a new civilization. Happy April Fools, everyone!

The Hipster Archvile is a counterpart to the Doot Revenant, but focused more on pacifist strategies and luxury variety: whereas the Doot Revenant focuses on having the most amount of one type of luxury (while supplementing with others for happiness), Hipster Archvile benefits from having various luxuries to work in each city, and has a greater focus on Great People while having less military benefits.

Trait - Fine Culture

All cities preserve 5% of the Food consumed by a birth of a new Citizen and generate Great People 10% faster for each type of luxury resource worked by it in peace. At war, each luxury type worked by a city increases newly produced unit experience by 5.

Unique Unit - Connoisseur Imp

Replaces the Marines. More expensive than the Marines and limited to 6 at a time, but are stronger and ignores terrain costs. If starting a turn on a luxury resources, the Imp causes all cities which generate artistic great people points to generate more Great People Points of those type, and this is tripled if the luxury is owned by a foreign civilization and Hipster Archvile doesn't have the said luxury.

Unique Building - Hell's Cup Cafe

Replaces the Garden. Does not require fresh water unlike the Garden, and causes all Luxury resources worked by the city to yield +1 Culture. When the city grows, grants a small boost of Great People Points to Great People the city's already generating Great People points on.

Hipster Archvile is about as friendly as a demon can get, and it's actually saying a lot: unless your borders are literally on the Archvile's face or you built every wonder Archvile wanted, it's not difficult to befriend this alternative cultural boi. He's quite an artsy lad who puts the highest emphasis on culture and great people, although Archvile will not neglect production if Archvile can. After all, the Hipster Archvile just wants to drink coffee and write his screenplay (which he'll never finish)
