Description
Since x8Ball has stopped updating the Fm17 Database I'm Going to continue updating it.
This update includes:
Transfers between the top european leagues
Changes To CA And PA For players such As Haland,Mbappe and Sancho
A Number of other changes

Which leagues updated? For example Turkish league?

32 of 32: I mean, English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Welsh, Scottish.......... (etc. etc.) or just top 5: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian
