- UI improvements for reinforcements to show 8 icons instead of 5

No it's okay, I was being noob, I forgot that after activating mods you have to click apply.

For some reason neither this or the cheat mods themselves work on a fresh install, I made sure to activate them in the mod list, any ideas?
