She shows up twice in the character select menu

why is there two of them in my list when i sub

same thing happens to me too. shanghai appear twice on the selection screen

I'm having an issue, when i installed the mod from the in-game page, she showed up twice in my menu, and there is no upward transition animation. Should i verify game files and re-subscribe? Is this a common concern?

I did a pacifist run, and fought the final boss...and beat it with relative ease. By comparison, if I was using Saffron I would've wiped by boss 6 at the latest.

It's a good mod, but it could really do with some tweaking to not utterly break the game in half. Perhaps nerf Golden Hourglass to 1/2 of its effectiveness so that you still get money but nowhere near as much, as fast?

So I did a playthrough with Shanghai EXE...and holy crap is she OP with the Zenny Rush Golden Hourglass loadout.

First off, the big thing I noticed using her was that she started with an OBSCENE amount of money, and gained an obscene amount more each battle. This alone wouldn't be enough to be completely OP, but combined with using a normal health meter (unlike Shopkeeper who has money = health) AND starting with the spell that has damage = money, she can easily plow through the first 4 bosses without breaking a sweat. Later bosses were somewhat challenging, but not that much considering the obscene amount of money let me basically buy up every possible powerful artifact and spell I could get my hands on and STILL have over 1000 money.

No witch or doctor style? I'm sad.
