Gargan B7 - Career Starter Boat

Description
The Gargan B7 is a reliable starter boat for career mode built with only the component unlocked at the start of career mode, but with lots of space to add new equipment as you progress. It’s a fuel efficient boat with a top range of 100km on just 1800 liters of diesel and a top speed of 40 knots. It has room for 16 passengers and also features a bed and connector on cable to be used for towing. It has two separate battery packs, so you always have a spare battery you can switch to

Start-up:

Turn on one of the two battery switches behind the driver seat.

Sit down in the driver seat and click the “ENGINES ON”.

Use either W to throttle forwards and S to go in reverse.

The throttle lever on the right adds to the WS throttle as a sticky throttle.

Use arrow buttons left/right to adjust the trim flaps to have the boat go higher or lower in the water depending on speed and waves.

Keep in mind that the fuel consumption on high speed gear is a lot higher

Range
• 0.7 throttle - 90km
• 0.8 throttle - 75km
• 0.9 throttle - 60km
• full throttle - 50km

Range High Gear
• 0.7 throttle - 30km
• 0.8 throttle - 25km
• 0.9 throttle - 20km
• Full throttle - 10km

Useful Info

It’s important to use the trim flaps to stabilize the boat. You want the trim flaps to lift the boat as much out of the water as possible, but not so much that it starts jumping. In high waves and high speed, the risk of capsizing is a lot higher, so use the trim flaps to push the boat down to prevent it from jumping off waves and flipping over.

The Gargan B7 has a connector on a cable connected to the rear so you can use it as a towing line

The B7 also has a power cable which is just an electric connector on a cable that’s connected to the main power system, so it will draw power from whatever battery is in use at the moment.

@TheLastEngineer if you drag them onto the bed in front of the driver's seat, they're less likely to fall off.

thing is, i haven't touched the hull (considering it's made out of wedge pieces) i mounted the fuel tanks inline with the CoM in place of some of the padded seats.
