Water World Map - waterworld scenario

Description
Here is an 4 player map with exsessive ammounts of water and resourses heavey to islands. It's a very difficult scinario dealing with strict resourse managment, likely wars, and naval exploration.

@ChaBoiMammz Part of the excitement from this map is the mystery. There are islands civilizations start on and some that are uninhabited. Exploring by boat is the only way to win.
