Cape Verde Complete Pyramid (2 Levels Fully Activated)

This file fully activates the Cape Verdean football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2019-20 season. Premier Divisions to Second Divisions are playable for Football Manager 2020.

Leagues included are:

1. Island Premier Divisions (11 Divisions)
2. Island Second Divisions (6 Divisions)

As well as: National Championship, Cape Verdean FA Cup, Cape Verdean Super Cup, 11 Island Cups, 11 Island Super Cups

All stadiums are correct from the 2019-20 season while some kits have been randomised due to a lack of sources.

I suggest adding players to playable teams.
