Major suggestion: let Garrote switch between lethal (as now) and non-lethal (large KO, still full AP) damage, with the premise that 47 can choose to choke+shock his target to the point of deep unconsciousness without killing them fully. Still consumes a charge. This both makes sense - after all, if you can *kill* your target by choking them with electric garrote, surely you're able to just knock them out? - as well as saves an item slot on an extra disruptor and lets you keep that sweet AP.
