Shane (Failed Player Model)

Failed player model. Incorrectly rigged. Probably shouldn't download, but if you want to, go ahead.

A little bit of background: This model is part of an ongoing project, where I import aspects of my life such as my house, and friends and family into Garry's mod.

These models use real photos, that are then wrapped around a human model. I run into problems when I'm required to write a qc file for the model, to tell the game where to place the bones and joints. I'm not very good with LUA, so i attempted to use a proportion trick that takes the skeleton from a decompiled player model and tries to fit it to the new model. As you can tell by the multiple failed models that I have uploaded, this never seems to work. If anyone thinks they could help me with this, please message me. Any help is appreciated.
