Longer Ship Travel Time

Beskrivning
Makes in-system travel take notably longer and ftl travel about 3 and a half minutes long. There was a mod like this a while back but it's not around anymore so I thought I'd release this for all the psychopaths out there.

Tested with Fracking Universe. Compatible. FTL travels works fine. But in-system travel to fast imo. I think its problem with BYOS system in FU :(
