Creative-ish Mod

** I'm making this mod after a considerable hiatus from the game and modding in general. I've tested this mod a good bit and found no problems with what I have done, but please let me know if I missed something. Thanks! **

This mod makes all research free, thus unlocking all floors/objects/etc. from the start. Also includes very easy goal that gives a huge reward. This mod is only creative-ish as that is all it does, so you still need resources for construction/crafting, you can still technically run out of money (but you have 1 billion so why would you), and you can still just lose.

Please know that this type of mod has been known to ruin people's fun with games (what's the point of playing if there's no challenge?), so use this mod at your own risk.
