March 2020 Map Jam Entry: Forgotten by Manual


Went with the continuation theme, it basically tells the story of what happened to Turner after the OG Story.

I went for a more ambient visual and story approach, it lacks any unique gameplay but is very atmospheric.


Before you play:

Turn the music volume to 0, so it doesn't interfere with the custom music.

Set the graphics to highest quality. (Antialiasing not required.)

Make sure all lights are off and it's dark, there aren't any scares, so don't worry about that.

Yeah, the parkour in that part is a bit difficult, but that is the correct way to get to the top. You should try that way and if you can't make it to the top then whatevs
The map was only for the map jam so I can't change it now

I'm stuck on the part where you see Sun for the first time. When I'm trying to get to Sun there is a Y shaped tower that I can't figure out how to get past. I tried jumping in the middle and then running up one wall and jumping to the one behind it, but it doesn't get me anywhere near the top ledge. It's the only way to advance and I have no idea how to get up that high.

Wow, really good, I like how you make a little backround story to after the Overgrowth campaign!
