Max Level 15 最大15级

This mod increased the maximum level for all characters to 15 and they will get 1 skill points from level 2 to 14. By level 14 they will unlock all skills.The experience needed for level 14 is about the same with level 10 in vanilla. All character level's effects and desire high rank penalty were edited following the scale of vanilla. So the effect of levels on game play should be just the same except you an get more skill points.

Better to start a new campaign. Not compatible with other mod that changed max level, level's effect, skill points and some desire high rank (desire high rank in this mod is slightly lower than vanilla). Compatible with most mods, including MTU it self, Respec Character Skills.
