Industrial Estate Set 2 by Starshall

The previously alluded to Set #2 of industrial growables...

A series of level 1 Generic Industrial growables. All assets share the main d, s, n, i and c maps.

Check out the screenshots for relevant ‘Mesh info’; assets 9, 10, 11, 12 & 12b. No custom props used – decoration at your discretion.

I’m in the process of mocking up some signs, but can also recommend Spence!’s ‘Garage + Industry Sign Pack’ which

I’m also a heavy user of anything prefixed with ‘Beardmonkey’ or ‘Avanya’ when it comes to industrial props.

The cars are all by CRISGAMES in case you were wondering...
