Description
5 slot mid to late game miner/freighter. $394k credits, 7k iron, and 41k trinium to construct.

Crews a minimum of 8 engineers and 12 mechanics. 22.5k hull HP and 18.9 shield HP. 7.8 sector jump range. Hangar space for 8 small fighters. 600+ cargo capacity.

I never really got why the Soyuz is its own class. It's essentially just a refit Miranda without the rollbar and a big aft cargo thingie. However, a light cruiser with a big aft cargo thingie makes an awesome r-mining/r-salvage vessel.

Mmmmm....the Soyuz wasn't a freighter. It was a Tactical Frigate.

Miranda and Intrepid are best Star Trek classes <3

SFB new light cruisers are pretty nice too though. The two above I should say are the best canon star trek classes >:)

@qwerty9131 Good catch. That was a recurring problem with this saucer template, and one of the reasons I changed it over to a different geometry.

In ST the big thing with the Soyuz were the big piss-off guns. On on either side at the top of the engineering section, a double-turret mount on the top of the rear engineering area, and a double mount underneath the saucer. Phaser cannons or some such.
