Description
Drastically increases bonuses of systems. Probably not at all balanced.
System bonuses scale depending on type, with turret control systems receiving the greatest bonus, along with energy, shields, radars & hyperdrives. I can't give you exact numbers but expect up to 10x more available turrets, for instance, while shields bonuses are more marginal.

Hi, you should probably implemnt the detailed changes of each system upgrade. Without such description the changes might just be to random
