Description
Machine Empire balance adjustments. Updated for 2.7

Changes:
Machine Empire refining jobs (Chemist/Translucer/Gas Refiner) now produce only 1.5 of their special resource instead of 2
Machine Empire Calculator jobs now require an additional 2 energy upkeep (total 6)
Machine Empire Replicator jobs now need 1 additional Alloy upkeep (total 2)
