Description
I just want a switch.
The left one is activated by '-' using a NOT gate. But its default is to turn the wheel straight away.
The right one is activated by '=' using an AND gate. Won't start the wheel until '=' is pressed.

I would like to use a NOT gate if I could get its default start position to be inactive.
