hello neighbor

Description
This is an npc that requires the hello neighbor model, VJ base and the non-context model manipulator or the easy bonemerge tool I can't remember which one it is. this uses the Vj base G-man npc which is also required. It also requires invisible material

its a dupe, not an npc, thats about all I can help you with since this was made over a year ago and have since then done a clean gmod restart and don't have the vj base npc anymore

ok i just got the mods to pop up by restarting everything but now when I try to spanw him he dont spawn

actually, I had that problem, just uninstall and reinstall the mod from the steam workshop
