[15 slot]Warhammer 40k Light Cruiser

Description
Modification of Arakiss' Decima cruiser, all credit to him. Uploaded with permission. Original:

This is a light cruiser by 40k standards, not Avorion's. A bit smaller than original (2.8 km in length vs. 40k's 4-5km cruisers).

I recommend using it with a texture pack that replaces armor with something smoother, otherwise it looks wierd. Texture packs that you can use:

Gameplay:
It's an all-round end-game ship with lots of cargo/crew space, hangars, academy etc. It can be easily modified to be stronger or cheaper or even faster by replacing blocks inside or changing materials. Only thing you can't do is make it a lot more agile, but that would take away the 40k feel from it anyway.

It is agile enough to comfortably play against AI, but is not suitable for PvP obviously.

You need my macro battery tip turret design for it. I recommend putting independent targeting cannons on the sides, putting them in left and right group. Then you can fire broadsides by enabling those groups in the right moment, which is fun. If you create the cannons in a factory, I recommend shortest possible range (they won't hit enemies that are further away anyway, and you can avoid hitting a friendly target by accident).

You can put small turrets inside the cannon in the front, there is a turret rotation lock in it.

Pro tip: If you apply the design two times, there is a chance you will not have to apply turret designs manually on the broadsides.
