Aperture Ground Transportation Navigation (GLaDOS GPS Voice) (1.35-1.36)

Description
New from Aperture science, the brand new Ground Transportation Navigation device has been created to assist and evaluate drivers in reaching their destinations. However, be aware that the whole operation is being run by GLaDOS, and she does not accept failure in any of her tests, so, in order to assure driver quality, any test subject who does not posses the driving skill necessary will endure her deadly neurotoxin...

The voice present in this mod are not an attempt by an actor other than Ellen McLain to recreate GLaDOS, but rather are a result of machine learning. Thanks to the website https://fifteen.ai, it is now possible to have GLaDOS as a text to speech program (more information on how that works on the website). Be warned that some of the pronunciations can be a little wonky as a result, however I did try to mitigate that as much as possible.

*UPDATE 4/20/2020* With the update of 1.37, the new implementation of FMOD seems to have temporarily broken this mod. I am working on an update, and will release it ASAP.

@(VGW)LevStart*RUS* Unfortunately no. I haven't found a way to fully translate this into FMOD, especially having multiple voice lines for things like deliveries and such. And it's so incredibly confusing compared to how things used to work :(

@barisakbas Yes. Anything after 1.35 should work, barring any unexpected changes to the way that voice navigation works in the game :)
