Увы и ах, прописать в игру пока не удается. Строить нужно самому, но людей он генерирует, это по умолчанию,.. работает типа как жилой сектор.

No, just like assets. But in some of them people will live. Unfortunately, I failed to make a residential, corner house. The others, it seems, should be populated:)
