You will need a character editor to add this to your pawn. The spawn is .01% normally,
Increases Research by 500%

so you can stack the trait and... it instant finished a 5 row of research. they just look at research bench and its done. great mod

Thanks going to give this a try. The game with it's events are balanced around the old research tree. This is a must in order to actually be able to deal with them without cheesing pathing.
