Описание
This is a 4x2 straight (non-corner) L1 Commercial High building based on the Burberry building in Chicago. It works best as a corner building though with two sides facing the streets.

It is part of my Flagship Store collection Please support the collection and this asset by giving it a thumbs up!

Main Model: 6,452 tris / 1,024x1,024 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha, normal maps
Glass (incorporated into main model): 998 tris / 64x64 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps  
Custom LOD:  275 tris / 128x128 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps
Model made with Blender

Screenshots were taken with  Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.

Of course, if you encounter any issues in-game, please post it below and I'll do my best to fix it.

@sonohead These are growables and not ploppable buildings, so unless you use mods like FindIt! and RICO you need to wait for them to spawn. If you have those mods, you can find them just by typing the name of the brand / asset in the search bar.

I've downloaded several of your pieces and I cannot find them in my assets. They show up on the main menu, but I can't find them once in-game. Any help would be appreciated :)

@Azrael01 Place it on high commercial tiles. You will need a mod like Plop the Growables if you want to place it anywhere without it disappearing.

New at cities skylines but when ever i place it, the building demolishes it self
