Overview:

When the world was informed that the United Nations had declared war on the Three Great Empires, G.D.C announced that a mechanical weapon suitable for being the first large tank of its fourth generation had been completed. The Great Sachsen, whose development had been delayed for many years by sabotage of the "Chevalier Commonwealth Hero", was finally completed.

The armor uses a test phase of "hardened steel" and is recognized as "the world's strongest large tank" among existing mechanical weapons.
