Columns Don't Take Up Spaces

Description
This mod simply changes it so that columns don’t block zones from being placed over them making columns more useful than just being glorified walls, this means in stockpile rooms items can be placed on them.

Can be safely added and removed from existing saves.

Supported Mods:
Vanilla Factions Expanded - Settlers
Vanilla Factions Expanded - Vikings

Would also be great for Firefoam Poppers! Also Radios from Vanilla Furniture Expanded, maybe? Cabinets as well

any chance you can patch the Posts and Runed columns (from Vanilla Expanded: Settlers and Vanilla Expanded: Vikings) in to this?
