4x4 test map

4x4 random test map, in order to guage how big the largest maps are and whether or not that will be good enough for things like a USA map, and for whether or not it even works at all, and also if my fears are warranted or not that one has to upload a map to steam in order to use it on their own machine thusly causing a glut of maps like this showing up for public consumption.
