This is the same wallpaper as before. The difference is that this wallpaper is a video loop. I have reworked to solve the live wallpaper using too much system resources.

And about the convert files to GIF to reduce heavy load and can add more effects, I've already tried And completely failed. When I convert a 250MB MP4 file to a GIF file, I got a 4GB file which is big enough to cause the program to freeze. So i have to cancel this method. And go to make another wallpaper instead.

Okay, give me a bit of time. I'll upload FullHD videos later after my work is done. For the next images, I'll make multiple resolutions to choose from. so that it can be used on any device

I just found your video in a folder with Steam and just converted it to FullHD for myself. And now it weighs only 77MB and loads the system even less (although 4K video is not too much loaded too). Maybe the scene if in FullHD redo, then it will load a lot less PC?

It is sad that the program does not support parallax video. Have you tried reducing the scene resolution from 4K to Full HD? Maybe this way the system would be less loaded, and parallax could be left.
