I recommend playing it on max difficulty.

A new Virus in China appeared. Its causing a Respiratory illness Called COVID-19. Can you spread it?

In the beginning the Virus will be noticed really fast and countries will respond quickly.

I completely reworked the Transmissions and split things like airborne and airplane transmissions. The Symptoms are tailored to the COVID-19 Disease.

Nicely constructed scenario, but very easy to win. I expected it to be much harder, but due to rapid infection rate, the DNA points just kept on flowing, and I eradicated humans in no time.
