Trait:
Military Units require 25% less experience to acquire a new promotion. +25% Military Production in Capital.

Building: Imperial Consulate
Replaces Police station. +2 Happiness. +1 Culture.

Unit: Stormtrooper
Replace Mechanized infantry. +10% Combat Strength VS Wounded Units. +33% Combat Strength VS Armor Units.

YnAEMP - replaces Germany

Naming convention for empire founded cities stops after XIII. Now I cannot tell apart meaningless conquered cities from good original empire cities anymore. Please fix this! My imperial senses get screwed up from this. Also the name of the capital city does not fit: It is only a weapon. Put something meaningful there to please me.

I understand that this is a late game civ, but would you consider adding a cap to your trait to balance it a bit (Maybe 20~30%)?
