• Spawns with each Cargo Ship trained (if you have the required technology).
  
• May attack twice when on or adjacent to a Trade Route.

UNIQUE BUILDING: RELIEF HOUSE

• Replaces the Hospital.
  
• Food bonus is halved.
  
• Has 1 slot for a Scientist specialist.
  
• Units within city limits heal 5 HP at the beginning of the turn.
